STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz of water over a tea bag and steep for 5–7 minutes. For iced tea, double the amount of tea used. Cool and serve over ice. After steeping, add the used tea bags to compost or soil — they make gardens happy.
